My health is compromised by being born with Cystic Fibrosis. No big deal really, just a really good excuse not to have a regular life! An excuse to eat MacDonalds on doctors order, order deep fried dishes at restaurants and add extra salt to taste! I cannot have children without artificial intervention, and hence have no kids atr age 40. A mixed blessing?

The price I pay is bad lungs. I am not able to sit in office jobs for too long without getting pneumonia. I need to get up and about lots, cough lots and spit phlegm. Part of my life andI am used to it. Motivating myself to go out and get exercise is pretty hard, especially when you know it means coughing the whole time you exercise! But this is my job.
